Welcome to our modern and stylishly furnished penthouse, located in the exclusive Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort on the sunny coast of Spain.

The penthouse features a spacious living and dining room with plenty of natural light, two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. From the living room you have direct access to a generous terrace with beautiful views of the resort and the surrounding area.

One of the highlights is the private roof terrace with sunbeds ideal for enjoying the sun, a good book or a cozy evening under the stars.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
