The space
La Terraza Azul is a lovely penthouse on the 3rd floor, with an elevator. We offer privacy and tranquility, is brand new, equipped with every comfort and furnished with everything you need. Comfortable beds, a fully furnished living room, kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning, excellent WiFi, private BBQ and a swimming pool. In addition to the private terrace, there is also a (common) roof terrace where you can enjoy even more views at sunset. Everything is there to optimally relax and enjoy in a casual atmosphere. You can park for free near the apartment, there are electric charging stations available & there is 24/7 security.
At the resort you can enjoy walking, of course play golf on the beautiful – designed by Jack Nicklaus – desert style golf course (2,900 m2), enjoy the swimming pool, let your children play at the playground, play petanque together, have a drink on a terrace or have a snack food at the restaurant.
The resort Las Terrazas de la Torre is located in the middle of the greenery, between the fruit fields, less than 20 minutes drive to the various beaches on the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea. You will find plenty of delicious restaurants just a 5-minute drive away. Both the lively city of Murcia and the beautiful port city of Cartegena can be reached by car within 30 minutes.
The airport of Corvera (Murcia) is only 20 minutes drive, the airport of Alicante is 1 hour drive.
