The luxury penthouse is located in a modern new-build complex, just 50 meters from the beach, on the beautiful Costa Cálida in southeastern Spain. A wonderful place for a relaxing beach holiday, an active holiday with the family or a longer stay.
The penthouse is modern and stylishly furnished and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a closed private parking space and a spacious private roof terrace with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, sunbeds and an attractive dining area.
With the view, the palm trees, the sunny climate and the luxurious jacuzzi, you can enjoy it here.
The penthouse (2nd floor)
The penthouse is located on the second floor of the complex and is accessible by elevator or via the stairs from the central entrance or the closed parking garage.
The apartment features:
- 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds.
- 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet
- A fully equipped, modern open kitchen with built-in appliances
- A cozy living room with TV and dining area
- TV with Dutch channels and various apps, including Netflix

Panoramic roof terrace of 60 m² (3rd floor)
Via an indoor staircase you reach the spacious private roof terrace of 60 m². This is without a doubt one of the big advantages of the penthouse.
On the roof terrace you will find:

- Comfortable sunbeds
- An attractive sitting area / dining area with palm trees
- An outdoor kitchen with electric grill and sink
- An outdoor shower
- Fantastic panoramic views over Bolnuevo and the mountains
Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, relax on a lounger, eat outside or look at the stars from the jacuzzi in the evening.
The entire penthouse, roof terrace and parking space are private and exclusively available to our guests.
50 meters from the beach
The beach of Bolnuevo is literally around the corner. You can walk from the complex to the beautiful bay and the golden sandy beach in a few minutes.
For a relaxing day by the sea, the apartment includes 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cool box and large beach towels. You can find these items in the storage room at the parking lot.
Fully equipped kitchen
The modern open kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including:
- Large fridge with freezer
- Oven
- Hob
- Microwave
- Juicer and other kitchen utensils
- Nespresso coffee machine
For the Nespresso machine, you can of course bring your own favorite cups.
Longstay & wintering
In addition to regular holidays, the penthouse is also very suitable for a longer stay of 30 days or more. In the winter months, we offer attractive rates for guests who want to stay in Bolnuevo for a longer period of time.
Low season November to March: € 2,150 per month

All rates at Micazu include use of the jacuzzi.
Excluded:
- €100 cleaning fee, including bed linen and towels
- € 300 deposit
The deposit will be refunded within one week of departure, provided the apartment is left tidy.
Bolnuevo & the Costa Cálida
Bolnuevo is an attractive and authentic Spanish coastal town with a beautiful bay, a long golden sandy beach and swaying palm trees.
There are still a few old fishing boats on the beach and you regularly see local fishermen repairing their nets. It gives Bolnuevo a quiet and authentic atmosphere.
The Costa Cálida is a beautiful Spanish coast with numerous beaches, small bays and crystal clear waters. You will not find mass tourism and long rows of high hotels here, but above all beautiful nature, space and attractive coastal towns.
The clear sea water is ideal for swimming and snorkeling. From the sea and from the beach you have a beautiful view over Bolnuevo and the special limestone formations at the end of the bay.
In the village you will find several cozy restaurants, terraces and small shops. For more amenities and a pleasant boulevard, you can drive to Puerto de Mazarrón in about five minutes.
