The Roda Golf & Beach Resort is a 5 star resort and due to the nature of the landscape and the shallow waters of the Mar Menor, this resort is not just for golfers! It is also particularly suitable for families with small children.
The resort offers children's play areas, communal play areas, swings, climbing frames etc. The perfect place if you want to enjoy a quiet family holiday and still have all amenities close by. It is located in the secure Roda Golf & Beach Resort in San Javier in the Murcia region, close to the town of Los Alcazares.
This apartment is on the 1st floor, also accessible by elevator, consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a terrace overlooking a fountain, a balcony and a very well-equipped kitchen with built-in appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven . In the living room we have a sofa bed for 2 people that you can easily fold out. We have a high chair and a camping bed for the little ones. Which you can have installed for free. Please indicate this when booking.

The TV has plenty of channels including Netflix. WiFi/internet is also available. The apartment has heating and air conditioning with a cold and warm air pump via a centralized system operated from a remote control whose sensor is located in the hallway. Hot water is supplied by a gas boiler.
In addition, there is access to 5 communal swimming pools that are open all year round from 09:00 to 21:00. However, there is no lifeguard, so children must be supervised. To enter you need the access bracelets that are present in the house. If you come by car, you have access to a parking space in an underground parking garage. This is equipped with 24/7 hour video surveillance. Access is via a barrier. Only 15 minutes (on foot) to the center of Los Alcazares and 25 minutes on foot to the beautiful beaches such as: Playa Los Narejos, Playa del Espejo, Playa de Las Palmeras, Playa de Las Salinas and more. You can enjoy the sea with many beach activities. There is a boulevard with the best coffee shops, and restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
If you have golf rights you will enjoy a 40% discount on green fees. According to Spanish law and security reasons, the legal registration of Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021, it is required that all guests provide their ID information provide. If the reservation has been confirmed, this can be done a few days before arrival via an online register. (If you do not provide the requested information prior to arrival, your reservation will be canceled without a refund.) We trust you will understand.
