This beautiful detached villa for max. 4 people is located in a quiet side street of Mazarrón Country Club, close to the restaurant and tennis courts of the club. It has a bright living room with Smart TV (with your own account you can watch your favorite movies and series) and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto suitcase maker.
There are two spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space, both with 2 single beds.
The villa has a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
There is an aico unit in the living room to keep the villa cool in the summer heat (at an extra cost). There are also ceiling fans in the living room and in the bedrooms. In winter, the air conditioning can be used as heating. The wood burning stove in the living room makes the villa suitable for long-term winter rentals.
Through the sliding door you enter the garden with a private swimming pool of 8x4m where you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, dining area and a washing machine.
Please note: The villa has air conditioning with a card system. The tickets can be purchased on site. The system is very easy to use: you insert the card into the box and you can use the air conditioning. On the display you can see how much credit is left on your card.
