The detached villa is situated in one of the most beautiful places on the Mazarron Country Club (MCC). At the edge of the park with unobstructed views of the mountains. Regularly you can see the keeper walk past with his goat herd from the front terrace. With a private swimming pool of 4x8m next to the cozy veranda in a Mediterranean landscaped garden. Of course, the sun loungers and the BBQ are not missing.
The house on the MCC was built in 2004 and has the following format: General Entrance, dining / living room including fireplace, open kitchen, bathroom (shower, toilet, double washbasin) and two bedrooms (the red and green).
Room,
Tastefully decorated room with two sofas, colorful table and chairs and fireplace. Radio, CD player and TV (via satellite connection, incl. All Dutch channels) are present. Wi-Fi use is a basic facility and is therefore included. A nice collection of Dutch books has already been created in the bookcase. The guestbook and the various maps from the area help you to find the most beautiful places in the area.
kitchen
The kitchen consists of: - fridge-freezer - electric stove (4 burner) incl. Oven - microwave and various electrical appliances (tea / coffee) - dishwasher_ plates, cutlery and everything you need during your stayTowels and kitchen towels are present
Bedrooms
Red bedroom and green bedroom Both bedrooms have two single beds, with fan above the bed and fitted wardrobes for clothing. Both rooms are also equipped with air conditioning units. Bed linen is sufficiently available.
Bathroom
This is furnished with a double sink with large mirror, a shower and toilet and heating (overwintering). There is plenty of storage space where the towels are already waiting for you. There are also plenty of bath towels and beach towels available so that your suitcase is not unnecessarily heavier
Tower room
The villa has a tower room with a bunk bed. Children think this is the nicest room. The entrance is outside and there is no air conditioning in the tower.
Terraces
3 outside terraces; so that both the sun and the shadow can be looked for. One of the terraces is under the covered porch that provides shade during the day. In the evening, it is transformed into an atmospheric space for a cozy or just relaxed evening. The terrace at the front has the morning sun and the side terrace is perfect for a five-hour drink with a view of the valley.
Swimming pool.
The pool is 4 by 8 meters and is sheltered in the backyard. The location near the porch and the mosaic of the wife of Matisse are the reason that there are already guests who have chosen our house as their holiday destination for the sixth time.
Shed
In our stone barn the cushions are for all sitting corners. Games for in and out of the pool and a parasol for when you go to the beach anyway.
Outdoor kitchen
The washing machine is under the outside sink with sink. Here is also the laundry rack attached where the small laundry can be dried.
