This makes it possible for you to book the cheapest possible return flight if you travel by plane. 
If for any reason you want to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible - preferably by email, so that we can release the calendar again for possible new tenants.
Price for wintering negotiable.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 90%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
