Casa Anavicente is located in a small village by the sea. We wish you a warm welcome to Puntas de Calnegre where life is still truly Spanish. You imagine yourself in "pure Spain". The house is on the beach and has been completely renovated after we bought the house from fisherman Vicente and his wife Ana.
You enter through the front door through the spacious terrace on the street side. To the left and right of the hallway, through which you enter the living room, is a spacious bedroom with ceiling fans, spacious closets, good beds and blackout. Good quality mattresses. Master bedroom 1 double bed and the 2nd bedroom 2 single beds. When you come to the home maker you will be amazed at the view you have. You look through the palms and see the sea. The living room is tastefully decorated with a decorative stove, fine furniture and a ceiling fan. The TV is connected to dish and antenna so that most European channels can be found. There is strong WIFI in and around the house. From the living room you enter the large kitchen with everything you could want and expect.
The kitchen is also tastefully and Spanish furnished. From the kitchen you enter the very recently renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, sink, toilet, etc.
Both from the kitchen and from the living room you come to your spacious private terrace with all patio furniture and barbecue. You can walk straight onto the beach from your terrace.
A special experience. In winter the sun rises from the sea and Casa Anavicente is at least as popular in winter as the rest of the year.
Due to the excellent heating of the house, wintering is also recommended.
