Located in the safe Roda Golf Resort in Los Alcàzares, you will stay in a beautifully located corner penthouse with a spacious roof terrace. From Murcia Corvera airport to your location, it is also barely half an hour's drive away.

Mar Menor is barely 2km away, and from the 60m² roof terrace you can see its water sparkling in the sun! You can easily reach beautiful cities such as Cartagena, Murcia and Torrevieja by car.

The restaurant, the golf courses and a choice of no less than 9 swimming pools are within walking distance within the resort.
The swimming pools are reserved for the owners, occupants, or residents of the RODA GOLF AND BEACH RESORT,
In the apartment you will have a white cardpass and some bracelets (4) that will give you access to the swimming pool, please do not lose them, and put them back on the table after your holiday for our next guests. Thank you very much for that.

Your dream spot is located on the second floor, is also accessible by elevator and you can park for free in front of the building.

Check-in between 4 pm and 6 pm, possibility to agree on another time.

Beautiful penthouse (4pers) on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator, barely 2km from the sea, located in the safe Roda Golf Resort in San Javier in the Murcia region, your location is barely half an hour's drive from Murcia Corvera airport and an hour from Alicante. Mar Menor is barely 2km away, and from the 60m² roof terrace you can see its water sparkling in the sun! You can easily reach beautiful cities such as Cartagena, Murcia and Torrevieja by car.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The booking is confirmed by paying 30% of the rental price over the booked period. The remaining balance must be paid one month before the check-in date. For bookings made less than 2 weeks before check-in, the full rental amount must be transferred immediately and is non-refundable.
The rental price includes your stay, utilities consumption, heating, air conditioning, bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels. Free WiFi!
Pets are not allowed.
We ask for a fixed deposit of 300 euros, refundable within the week after check-out.
Check-in between 4 and 5 pm, check-out before 10 am. Contact the owners at least 1 day before your arrival!
