Los Alcazares is a bustling village where even in the winter months there is plenty to do thanks to numerous restaurants, bars and other cozy places in the area. With 330 days of sunshine a year, it is a perfect destination for any season. The contemporary-styled villa features a beautiful living room and a modern open kitchen, including dishwasher, induction hob and combi ovens. In addition, the villa has three bedrooms with double beds, two of which are equipped with their own modern bathroom with rain shower. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and custom fitted wardrobes, manufactured by a craftsman. Think of the kitchen, the TV wall unit, built-in cupboards and a workplace. The villa offers all conveniences and facilities, including a directly loggable workplace, a PlayStation and two Sonos systems. There is also a youth bicycle and beach chairs that you can take with you. As a tenant of this villa, you don't have to worry about anything missing from the property. This is enjoying luxury at the highest level.
The villa has a spacious private swimming pool and a beautiful sleek garden. There is also a lovely pergola of 4 x 3 meters attached to the house. Due to its proximity to the mineral-rich "Mar Menor", this region is known worldwide for its wholesome, healthy atmosphere. As such, the region has been designated by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest places to live in the world. Unfortunately, we do not receive pets in the house. With smaller anti-allergy dogs, we might want to consider it.
