The holiday home is built in traditional Spanish style with arches. It has a comfortable, bright living room. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The house has a lovely covered veranda where you can sit and eat outside. The house is secluded with a beautiful garden all around, within walking distance of the beach.
The beach, Playa de Calarreona, is about 400 m away. It is a local wide beach with sloping sea. Aguilas, an authentic Spanish village with a traditional plaza, a harbor, a beautiful castle, a boulevard and several beaches, is 4 kilometers away. There are excellent large supermarkets (Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl). Every Saturday morning there is a large market and there are nice bars and affordable (tapas) restaurants. In February, Aguilas celebrates the famous annual carnival. The mild climate of Aguilas with little rain, 3200 hours of sunshine and average temperatures of 20 degrees is ideal for people with health problems and for anyone who likes to have their bones warmed. The coastal region has two protected natural areas: the regional park of Cabo Cope and the protected land of Las Cuatro Calas.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people. Preferably, it is rented out for a longer period. It is very suitable for hibernating.
