Front of apartment on the first floor. The apartment has its own entrance on the side. You can park in front of the door.
On our behalf, a good start for a nice holiday!
The living room, which has recently been completely renovated, has air conditioning and 2 heating panels for the winter period.
The dining area for 4 people is located in the living room.

The sofa can easily be transformed into a sofa bed. Also ideal for watching TV for a long time.
The open kitchen with all necessities such as fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and kettle. In addition to a regular coffee maker, there is also a Senseo.
Next to the kitchen is a room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and French doors to a French balcony.

This ensuite bathroom has a lovely and spacious rain shower. For the winter months, it is equipped with a heater.

On the plaza of Villa Martin you will find several restaurants and pubs where it is nice to stay. It is only a 10-minute walk away.
3 Golf courses all around.
La Zenia boulevard minutes away. A day filled with fun shopping all brands located here. It is advisable to book with extra luggage for your trip, because here it is by the very favorable prices further fun.
La Zenia Boulevard also plenty of evening shopping pleasure
The beach La Zena is approximately 5 kilometers away and can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
Cabo Roig (beach) located 10 minutes away
Every evening there is on the boulevard of Torrevieja a lively market.
