2 comfortable sunbeds where you can sunbathe or relax and read a book.
Living room has an extra sofa bed for 2 people. This makes it possible to stay in the house with 6 people. The living room has a large smart TV with access to Netflix and satellite channels.
Outdoor kitchen, coffee maker, electric grill plate and induction hob.
Nice chair to relax in or read a book.
Solarium/roof terrace. You can have a nice drink at the high dining table with a breathtaking view of the palm trees. Music in the background is also an option. The built-in music system completes the picture!
Outdoor kitchen
Terrace on the 1st floor. In the morning this is a wonderful place to wake up with a cup of coffee. The sun is not yet too hot. At the end of the day you have shade here, which is also nice after a hot day full of sun!
The sliding doors can go completely into the wall, giving you access to the living room and the outdoor terrace. This gives an enormous feeling of space!
Extensive dining indoors is also no problem with our fully equipped kitchen. Are you going for a simple dish? Or would you rather turn every meal into a party? Both are possible, above all enjoy!

The outdoor terrace is nice all day. The sun is there in the morning early, and all that will remain until he goes down. Obviously, the outdoor furniture makes for nice stay; table with 6 chairs, 2 loungers and 2 sunbeds, which can provide the umbrella for shade.
The luxurious designer interior is fully equipped, including a luxurious dining table with 6 chairs. In the kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher included.
The seating area consists of a (lie) + single sofa relaxing armchairs. Furthermore, a wide screen tv with Canal Digital. There is in this spacious living room an air conditioning / heating, both in summer and winter makes for a pleasant temperature.
There are 3 bedrooms, all of which are modern and equipped with a spacious wardrobe. At the 2-person bedroom is air-conditioning.
The two bathrooms are especially functional and both are also next to a toilet with a sink and shower.
The pool is shared with ± 20 other families. This makes it both quiet, but there is still talk of conviviality. There is both an adult (deep) as a children's section. There is a spacious lawn to sunbathe.
There are several beaches, all located just a 5 minute drive away. These are naturally equipped with all summer wishes, such as cafés, restaurants and children's play equipment.
For the lovers there is a trail of 7 km along the coast. This is by the municipality of Orihuela-Costa beautifully landscaped and carries through different kinds of paths along cliffs and many other natural elements.
In the area there are large cities, which all have their sights. There is the 'old' Murcia, the "modern" Alicante, the port city of Cartagena and Elche with its botanical gardens. Furthermore located near the town of Torrevieja with a harbor and several times a week a large market.
The (new) terrace has a large surface, which can be reached from the house without any difference in height.
