The apartment complex is located on the 5 star Golf Resort Condado de Alhama in Alhama de Murcia, overlooking the mountains of Sierra Carrascoy and Sierra de Espuña. Restaurants, shops and facilities are within easy reach. The Penthouse is located on La Isla, the island area with small-scale apartment complexes, surrounded by a lake.
The apartment is located on the 3rd also top floor, where you can possibly use an elevator, has 2 bedrooms, a living room, in which, among other things. a flat-screen TV with cable channels and free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. The spacious terrace is south-facing, so you can enjoy the sun until it sets. There is an awning on the terrace. You can park your car in the private covered parking lot.
