Villa with private pool and air conditioning

This lovely villa is located in the urbanization les teules in santa Christina daro. Because the house is located higher up, the sea can be seen from the terrace.
You enter the house on the floor where two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. The master bedroom consists of a double bed consisting of two single mattresses and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. The bedroom on the other side consists of two single beds with also an ensuite bathroom with shower. Between the two bedrooms, the stairs lead to the first floor where the third bedroom, the living room and the very well equipped kitchen are located. All three bedrooms as well as the living room have separate air conditioning for the warm summer evenings. 
From the sitting room we enter the covered terrace with nice views over the lower pool, the valley and the sea.
There are 4 dining tables. One inside, one on the covered terrace, one on the terrace adjacent to the kitchen and one outside on the terrace.
One level below is the lovely saltwater swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on the hot summer days or sunbathing on one of the sunbeds.
The house is fully fenced and private and only a 5 minute drive from a large supermarket, bakery and butcher. Walking distance to the pitch and pit and a 10 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes drive to Platja Daro or Sant Feliu de Guixols
