Lovely house just 5 kilometers from the center of Begur.The house consists of 3 layers. On the ground floor there is a lockable garage with a goods lift. On the first floor, which can be reached via an external staircase, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with access to the terrace and swimming pool. From the bedrooms you enter the terrace through sliding doors with a cozy pergola for the sunny afternoons. The pool and terrace has recently been re-tiled and filled. Between this bedroom and the next bedroom with double bed and private terrace, we find the second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
The third bedroom with double bed has a private bathroom with bath and toilet.
The house is equipped with central air conditioning.
From the outside we can enjoy another staircase to a higher level where you can enjoy the beautiful view and tranquility in the shade of the trees.
