This spacious modern villa has a modern look on the outside and a nice warm industrial look on the inside. Gives a feeling of being right at home. The living room is spacious, because it has a wide open kitchen, 3 large sliding doors only have access to the terrace. From the terrace you have a nice overview of the large private swimming pool.
On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, open kitchen and a living room with a comfortable sofa, chair and a television with DVD player. The large open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven.
The bedroom contains 2 box spring single beds and a bathroom with shower. The other bedroom contains a box spring double bed with an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

From the entrance you can also take the stairs to the first floor, here are 2 bedrooms, each with its own roof terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. One bedroom contains two box-spring single beds, the other bedroom contains a box-spring double bed. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower.

The villa is located on an urbanization surrounded by the forests of Les Gavarres.
At the bottom of the urbanization you will find the village of Santa Cristina d'Aro, where you can find delicious fresh bread, the supermarket and the direct connection from the motorway to Girona / Barcelona, making it a good starting point for trips, the Dali museums, Castillo de Sant Feran (Figueras) and the Pyrenees. Airports are on resp. 30 min (Girona) and 90 min (Barcelona) drive. There are also many opportunities for water sports, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding and (water) amusement parks. For golfers, there are no fewer than 7 top courses with all 18 to 36 holes available within a 30-minute drive.
The beach is 15 minutes away, as is the commercial center of Playa d'aro.

Hello everyone, We are Diana and Wilbert, managers of several villas on the Costa Brava. In particular the beautiful region of Calonge, Playa d'Aro, Santa Cristina d'Aro and S'agaro. Each place has its own characteristic element. This part of the Costa Brava has something for everyone.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Your booking is final when 50% of the total rent has been received.
50% of the total rent must be paid within 3 days after signing the rental contract.
The remaining 50% must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Cancellation condition:
Reservations can be cancelled by communication by email or registered letter, with the following cancellation costs:
- Free cancellation up to 8 days after reservation date.
- 30% of the total rent when cancelling 8 days after the reservation date up to 8 weeks before arrival
- 60% of the total rent if cancelled 8 to 4 weeks before the arrival date.
- 100% of the total rental price if cancelled less than 4 weeks before the arrival date. Additional costs "Electricity" is described as the use of an electric car, this must be indicated at the time of booking (including the number of electric cars) so that it can be included in the contract.
