Modern villa is located in the urbanization Sant Miquel d'Aro, part of Santa Cristina. The house is fully equipped and has a luxurious finish and appearance.

There are 2 private parking spaces and a lockable gate. The villa has a spacious living room and dining room, as well as a modern white kitchen with bar. 3 double bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning. The single bedroom also has air conditioning . The master bedroom on the ground floor has its own bathroom. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms, 1 extra on the ground floor, 1 bathroom on the first floor. The solarium is large, with a lounge set.

The walls between the living room and kitchen and the terrace are made of glass and can be folded away, so that inside and outside come together. Above the terrace is a sunshade, making outdoor dining a party. The swimming pool, equipped with lighting, is directly connected to the terrace. It is a mild salt water electrolysis bath, so not affected by chlorine. There is an outdoor shower. Behind the pool is an extra terrace with some sunbeds. There is a large BBQ in the garden.

The house is less than 15 minutes drive from places such as Platja d'Aro and Sant Feliu de Guixols, Calonge, and is a great starting point for trips to Girona, Barcelona, the Dali Museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are respectively 25 minutes (Girona) and 90 minutes (Barcelona) drive. There are also many opportunities for water sports, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, (water) amusement parks etc. For golfers there are no less than 7 top courses with all 18 to 36 holes and can be reached within a 30 minute drive

Hello Everyone, We are Diana and Wilbert, managers of several villas on the Costa Brava. In particular the beautiful region of Calonge, Playa d'Aro, Santa Cristina d'Aro and S'agaro. Each place has its own characteristic element. This part of the Costa Brava has something for everyone.

Explanation of prices

Payment condition:
Your booking is final when 50% of the total rent has been received.
50% of the total rent must be paid within 3 days after signing the lease.
The remaining 50% must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Cancellation condition:
Reservations can be canceled by communication by e-mail or registered letter, with the following cancellation fees:
- cancel free of charge up to 8 days after the reservation date.
- 30% of the total rent in case of cancellation 8 days after reservation date up to 8 weeks before arrival
- 60% of the total rent if you cancel 8 to 4 weeks before the arrival date.
- 100% of the total rent if you cancel less than 4 weeks before the arrival date. Additional costs Power¨ is described as the use of an electric car, this must be stated when booking (including the number of electric cars) so that this can be included in the contract.
