Furthermore on the same level a spacious dining room with patio doors to the terrace, semi open kitchen with breakfast bar and two bar chairs and equipped with all necessary appliances including 2 refrigerators, utility room with washing machine and dryer. The adjoining open plan living area has a TV, a lovely modern seating area and doors leading out to the terrace. The terrace is connected to the swimming pool. The TV is equipped with satellite signal with many international and Dutch channels. A DVD player is also available.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and patio doors leading out to the terrace with beautiful views over the green hills of the nature reserve. The sea can also be seen from the terrace.
You will also find 2 spacious recently renovated bathrooms on this floor.
Through the back of the house on the first floor you can go outside and you enter a separate terrace, overlooking the lower swimming pool. From there you can also reach the pool and lower terraces.
