This lovely detached villa is located in the quiet Vilacolum; about 10 minutes drive from the beach. Behind the villa is the shared swimming pool. The padel club is less than fifty meters from the house, to hit a ball or to have a snack or a drink on the terrace. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is connected to the open kitchen, equipped with a spacious cooking island with all necessary equipment. The villa has three terraces; two with a table with chairs and the largest terrace with a spacious lounge set. The area is ideal for people who like peace and quiet, but also for all kinds of activities. The city of Girona is about half an hour's drive away, Figueras, known for its Dali museum, is about 15 minutes away. Empuriabrava, Rosas and L'Escala, are places full of activities, with a variety of bars and restaurants. In short, there is plenty to do for young and old. We offer you an extra service through Dokterspost Spain. In the unlikely event that you need to call on medical assistance, there is a Dutch doctor who can advise and guide you in this.

Explanation of prices

The rental price includes bed linen and final cleaning. There is the possibility to order a towel package (3 pcs / per person) at 12 euros per person / per week. Cleaning products are provided.
We ask for your passport/id upon arrival.
Taking an option is possible for a maximum of 24 hours.
There is the possibility of an interim cleaning for a rental period of two consecutive weeks: costs 60 euros.
Changeover days are flexible with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
