Villa Luna is a non-smoking, spacious, comfortable, fresh and light detached holiday villa with plenty of space in and around the house. Equipped with mosquito screens (!), air conditioning, central heating and fireplace and sun shutters. Maximum privacy guaranteed! Sunny walled garden with various seating areas, sunbeds and parasols and barbecue. Swimming pool of 12.30 x 6 m! 110,000 liters of salty swimming water with springboard. Own free parking space. TV WIFI.
Completely equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave and utility room with washing machine and patio to dry laundry.
Located just outside the lively village of Sant Feliu de Guixols with a view of a valley with the famous parasol pines, just a 5-minute walk to the center with terraces and restaurants, boulevard and beach. 30 minutes by car from Girona airport, an hour from Barcelona.
Sailing, golfing, walking, cycling, cycling and mountain biking, in short, all sports are comfortably possible here due to the pleasant climate. Sant Feliu de Guixols is an old port town where the authentic atmosphere can still be tasted on every street corner, is centrally located and offers many options for day trips. For example, Fiqueras with the Dali museum or the Camp Nou football stadium in Barcelona are both about 1 hour by car.
There is an electric charging station a 3-minute walk away, not in our own garden. Filled in at the facilities because it is so close.
