Recently completely renovated, located in a small-scale complex. Upon entering there is a bedroom and a bathroom on the right with access to the inner patio. Through the patio and/or the front door we enter the very spacious sitting room with a sliding door over the entire length with the breathtaking view over the sea. The sitting room is spacious with a large dining room table and through the sliding doors we enter the terrace with another large table, a lounge seating area and a nice bar for evening cocktails. From the terrace even better views of the blue sea and the pool below that is beautifully lit at night.
Next to the sitting room is the spacious kitchen with all conveniences, also with access to the terrace.
On the other side of the sitting room there is a second bedroom which also has access to the terrace. Through a hallway we enter the second bathroom and next to it is the third bedroom.
All bedrooms have a double bed. And the entire apartment is air-conditioned for the extra warm summer nights.
The lovely communal swimming pool gives the feeling that you are swimming in the sea because of the natural shape that has been absorbed into nature
There is another patio area adjacent to the sitting room and the first bedroom.
This apartment is just new on the market so no reviews yet but the photos certainly speak for themselves. This is truly a unique object. Quiet area (unfortunately we do not accept a group of young people between 17 and 30), with a path to a rocky beach and within walking distance of the center of Sant Feliu de Guixols (back is uphill though!)
A perfect place to enjoy a wonderful stay with a magnificent view in luxury.
