Enjoy our completely renovated villa in Sant Feliu de Guíxols (Costa Brava), near Playa de Aro and only 3 minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops.

Since April 2026, the house has a completely new, modern kitchen with all modern comforts. The second bathroom was also renovated very recently.

The villa can accommodate 6 people (possibly 7 max) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Thanks to the air conditioning in all bedrooms, you can enjoy optimal comfort even during hot summer days.

Outside you will find a spacious sun terrace with lots of privacy, a private swimming pool and a cozy covered pergola with lounge area.

Hi, I'm Kurt and years ago we have lost our heart at the beautiful little city of Sant Feliu de Guixols (Costa Brava). With heart and soul, I refurnished and rebuild the complete house. The villa is only 2 min by car from the shops and the sea. The urbanization is verry quite and peacefull during the evenings and nights. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We advise our guests to take care of their own cancellation insurance so that they can rely on it in unexpected incidents. Better prepared than regretting this afterwards .... This  is not an obligation but a recommendation. For pets (small dogs) there is a small extra charge for extra cleaning of the house. Everyone likes to have a well-cleaned house! Tourist tax is something we are obliged to pay with every booking in order to be in order. This way, both you and we are in order in the event of an audit.

Our house is quiet and yet you 2 min to the sea or to the shops. During the day looking for the bustle in the center and in the evening you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the land division that still located in the town on a mountainside. You can walk to the sea or by car, where you feel like. 5 mins you are also in the bustling Playa de Aro, 25 minutes from Lloret de Mar and 15 minutes from Tossa de Mar. If you want to have shopping in Barcelona, ??there you are within an hour. Figueres, where Salvator Dali raises lived and where there are museums, is also one hour from the house. In the vicinity of the house you can enjoy horseback riding, to carting, bicycles can be rented, or why not walk. The door can you pick up on endless trails, walk for hours in the beautiful nature ... delicious nonetheless.
