Layout apartment
The spacious apartment (90m) with a large balcony offers a magnificent view of the sea. On the balcony there is a nice table with enough chairs so that you can eat outside. You can also enjoy the view inside, whether you are cooking in the open kitchen, dining at the dining table or reading a book or watching (Smart) TV on the couch. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, oven and hob. For convenience there is also a toaster and kettle. We also have a blender and mixer. You can make the best coffee in the morning with a Nespresso machine.
The bedrooms are located at the front of the apartment and are therefore wonderfully cool in the summer. There is enough space in the bedrooms to place a free cot. Let us know when you book and it will be ready for you. Upon arrival, the beds are comfortably made and a set of towels is ready. There are toys for the little ones and there is also plenty of entertainment for the older children with board games, a DVD player with films and a Smart TV.
A washing machine is also available in the bathroom.
Layout garden
From the balcony you have a view of the enclosed garden and the beach and the sea. There are swimming pools in the garden. These are fenced and accessible with a separate key. You will receive this key upon arrival. There are also 3 table tennis tables, 3 BBQs, a basketball court and a playground in the garden. On the other side of the apartment, the front, you have a view of the tennis court. This part is also closed and only accessible to guests and residents of the apartments. The closed parking lot is also located at the front of the apartment.
Location apartment
Our apartment is within walking distance (250 meters) of the sandy beach and the promenade of Sant Pol. It is also a 7-minute walk from the center of the Spanish village of Sant Feliu de Guixols. The bakery, butcher and supermarket are even closer.
The apartment has everything you need for a nice beach holiday and at the same time it is convenient for a day trip to Tossa de Mar, Girona and even Barcelona. You can park your car for free in your own closed parking lot.
Caleta del Sol, overlooking the sea, is the ideal residence for families or couples who want the luxury of a complete apartment on the Spanish coast.
The caretaker and gardener live on site. You can collect your key from our agent. They are available to you 24 hours a day, should the need arise.

From the Dom in Utrecht it is about a 1400 km drive to our apartment in Sant Felíu de Guixols.
Our apartment is located about 25 minutes drive from the airport of Gerona-Costa Brava (Airport: GRO).
The major airlines fly here daily. Also the cheap price fighters.
Our apartment is about an hour's drive from Barcelona Airport (Airport: BCN). Here too you can choose from all major airlines and low-cost airlines.
