Beautiful Spanish detached villa located in the exclusive residential area Urbanización Golf Costa Brava, just 5 km from the beaches of Platja d'Aro and s'Agaró. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. The villa has a large and completely secluded swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters surrounded by a spacious terrace. The garden (plot +/- 1800 m2) borders the forest, which guarantees peace and privacy. The villa has a beautiful and unobstructed view of the hills and the forest from the terrace and balcony. In the garden there are several places where you can sit comfortably and freely in the sun or shade.

From the spacious, cozy living room with characteristic fireplace, there is access to the semi-covered balcony, terrace and kitchen. Through the light, glass hall with beautiful wrought iron railings you reach the sleeping quarters and bathrooms. The villa has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Two of the three bedrooms have patio doors to a spacious balcony with an unobstructed view of the garden and the adjacent forest. The master bedroom and the second bedroom have a double bed and the third bedroom has two separate beds. All mattresses are 200 cm long and 90 cm wide.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Smeg gas stove with oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a Nespresso machine with milk frother. The kitchen has sufficient kitchen utensils and 12-piece crockery.

The center of Santa Cristina d'Aro with all facilities is only a 1 minute drive away. The beautiful 27-hole Club de Golf Costa Brava is literally around the corner. In addition, there are 6 other beautiful golf courses within 30 minutes drive. In the vicinity there are also many opportunities for water sports, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing and horse riding.

Santa Cristina d'Aro is a typical Spanish village located in the heart of the Costa Brava, a great starting point for trips to Girona (20 min), Barcelona (60 min) and even the ski resorts in the Pyrenees (2 hours). Just 5 km from the villa are beautiful bays with wonderful beaches, such as Platja d'Aro, S'Agaro, Sa Conca and Sant Feliu de Guixols, with its beautiful boulevard (market on Sunday morning), shops, terraces, excellent restaurants and sailing school. The fashionable seaside resort and bustling entertainment center of Platja d'Aro and the lovely town of St. Antoni de Calonge with its beautiful beach with walking paths along the coast are approximately 5 km away. Characteristic places in the area are the fishing village of Palamos and the medieval villages of Pals, Peralada and Begur. You reach Tossa de Mar with its old walled city center via one of the most spectacular coastal roads. Girona is really worth a visit with an old historic center located between two rivers. Within 1 hour's drive you are on La Rambla, the center of the metropolis of Barcelona, where you can visit Parc Güell, Sagrada Familia and Camp Nou football stadium by bike or with the hop-on hop-off city bus. Or turn into one of the side streets from La Rambla and explore the alleys and squares of the Barrio Gòtico district on foot with its many bars, cafes,
restaurants and shops. The Dali museum in Figueres is a 45 minute drive away and is almost a must. Further afield you will find Lake Banyoles and the ancient volcanic area of the Garrotxa.

Flights can be booked on Transavia (Girona and Barcelona) or on Easyjet (only flies to Barcelona). Airports are easily accessible.
