We, Astrid and René are the owners of this wonderful location. We bought the apartment in 2019 and after a thorough renovation and the purchase of new furniture, from 2020 the apartment is ready for our own holidays. In addition, we hope to welcome you as our guests. We will take care of the check in and check out ourselves. And during your stay we are at your disposal. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
