BEACHSTUDIO directly on the beach of Torre Valentina in Sant Antoni de Calonge
The studio is on the 9th floor with elevator and has a fantastic view over the Mediterranean Sea and Palamos.
The studio is suitable for 2 adults with possibly 1 or 2 small children.
It has a queen-size bed and a sofa bed (possibly for the kids.) Complete kitchen with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and a complete bathroom with a washing machine.
There is a Smart TV + WiFi (fibra optica 600Mb)
We just bought the studio in June, it is well maintained. We are now making it more cozy and modernizing it and hope to be able to rent it out to you in July, August and September!
The studio is located 5 minutes from Platje d'Aro and 5 minutes from Palamos. It is located on the quiet beach of Torre Valentina.

After renting an apartment on the Costa del Sol for 20 years, we have now moved to the Costa Brava. (children & grandchildren)
I missed renting out and that's why I bought a studio and got back to work with this studio on the beach!! It is a wonderful place with a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea and Palamos. A boulevard with wonderful restaurants, supermarkets; medical centers (Dutch spoken). We hope you will enjoy it this summer....

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
announces that it will not use the rented property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
