Casa Andres is a spacious elegant villa with stunning views over the Bay of Roses. Quietly located in Mas Fumats, bordering the Cap de Creus Natural Park. Built in 2004 on a plot of 559 m² with Mediterranean garden, fully fenced + electric gate and security alarm.

Renovated and completely new furniture (2017).
On the ground floor there are a total of 3 bedrooms (1 room with 2 bunk beds, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath, 1 extra bathroom with walk-in shower, a relaxation room with table football, books, music system with usb, a closed garage with washing machine and dryer, a covered terrace, sun terrace and swimming pool. Toys and board games provided for the children.
The entrance on the 1st floor leads you to the cozy living room with fully equipped open kitchen, 2 pers. bedroom with en suite bathroom, a separate toilet, south-facing terrace with sea view and bbq. The house has central heating and fireplace. All bedrooms have air conditioning, also in the living room / kitchen there is air conditioning.
Our house has a capacity of max 10p, but is ideally furnished with 3 double beds and 2 bunk beds, for 6 adults and 4 children.
Pets are not allowed.
In the vicinity you can do your shopping (Carrefour, Lidl, Mercadona and Aldi), restaurants, mini-golf, skydive, aqua park, butterfly garden, beach and boat trips, tourist train, citadel of Roses, Sunday market, karting,... Everything to make your holiday complete and enjoyable! HUTG-02 70 44

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
- In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
