Casa Peters

In the villa there are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with work island.

The second house includes a kitchenette, living room, 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

All bedrooms in Casa Peters have air conditioning.

There is a heated swimming pool in the garden and ample parking on site.

Casa Peters can accommodate 8-10 people. There is wifi throughout the site.

The house is located near Calonge in the Cabanyas district. The plot is approximately 800 m2 with an enclosed garden with old olive trees and several terraces.

The house is ideal for families, families with children and/or several families.

Layout villa:

- open kitchen with work island adjacent to the living room with fridge / freezer and ice cube machine, induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood, kettle, coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 0.90 m x 2.00 m.

- 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.80 m x 2.00 m.

- The last two bedrooms share a bathroom with sink, shower and towel radiator.

- In the hallway is a separate toilet with a hand basin.

Layout second house:

- living room with flat screen television, a kitchenette with fridge, sink, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine. 

- 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1.80 m x 2.00 m with private bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and a towel radiator.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 0.90 m x 2.00 m with private bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and a towel radiator.

The atmospheric outdoor life:

- heated swimming pool of 8 m x 4 m with lighting and an outdoor shower.

- Between the two houses it is good to relax under a pergola with a large dining table and plenty of chairs.

- spacious BBQ with utensils and sink. The table and the BBQ can  be lit in the evening.

- The spacious enclosed garden offers space for a lot of privacy due to the various corners and partitions. There are several terraces with seating, a lounge set and sun beds.

- The garden is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system.

- ample parking for several cars.

- The site is closed by an electrically operated gate.

- 2 kilometers away is the historic center of Calonge, with a bakery, butcher, supermarket, village café and various restaurants.

- The beach is 4 kilometers away with restaurants, supermarkets and a beautiful boulevard.

- A water park is 5 km away.

- in the immediate vicinity are several walking and cycling trails (bicycles can be rented in St. Antoni de Calonge).

- For golf enthusiasts, there are many possibilities in the area.

- a day in Girona is definitely recommended.

- from Girona you can reach the heart of Barcelona within an hour by fast train.

- there are 3 airports in the area: Girona (40 km), Barcelona (125 km) and Perpignan (140 km, Fr.).

- Bed linen and towels can be reserved through the broker.
