We are Chris and Sophie, brother and sister, and since we were little we have been spending our holidays with our family in this beautiful coastal town. Palamós has a special place in our hearts, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
