It is an ideal destination for families, couples and anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing holiday with an authentic Spanish touch. Additionally, it is close to other popular destinations such as Girona and the medieval city of Pals, making it a perfect base for exploring the Costa Brava.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
