Casa Naranjo is a typical Spanish spacious, attractive Villa with a modern Mediterranean interior! The villa has 2 floors and is suitable for max. 10 people, suitable for 2 families. All to yourself! It has a LOVELY SWIMMING POOL, a great view with SEA VIEW and mountain VIEW and Air Conditioning. You can walk straight from the house into a large nature reserve! The villa is built against a steep mountain and located in a large nature reserve behind Lloret de Mar and Blanes. Casa Naranjo is located in Lloret Vert (means green). 4 km away there are beautiful sandy beaches. A few minutes by car you will find supermarkets (Aldi, Mercadona and Lidl) In short, everything you need for a wonderful holiday!!
You will be welcomed in our villa by our Dutch contact person. After that, it's up to you to make it a wonderful holiday. During your stay, our contact person is available if necessary.
The top floor has a living room, conservatory, separate kitchen, bathroom (with separate shower and bath) and 2 bedrooms with lovely large beds. The living room is reasonably cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter due to the latest wonderfully quiet atmospheric pellet stove. There are also 2 air conditioners on both floors that provide coolness in the summer and heat in the winter. The lower floor has 3 bedrooms with lovely large beds and with large balconies with a view, a bathroom (with separate shower and bath) and a room with washing machine. The top floor, with all the necessary amenities, is at street level so that disabled people can also stay there.
Casa Naranjo is child-friendly. In addition to a high chair and cot, there are games, a table tennis table, books and toys. The house has WIFI.
Around the house there are several terraces at different heights with beautiful views (sea and mountains), including a BBQ. There is an enclosed private swimming pool (8 x 4) with sunbeds. The house
has a lot of privacy, with neighbors in the immediate vicinity. In the evening you can enjoy the lights in the area in the Naya (conservatory) or the outdoor terrace.
Casa Narjano is the ideal place for peace and quiet. From the house you can walk straight into the woods for running, hiking, mountain biking etc. If you would like entertainment, the bustling Spanish towns, Lloret de Mar and Blanes, are just a stone's throw away. Girona (Airport) is 20 minutes by car and Barcelona (Airport) 45 minutes by car. Nearby is an authentic Spanish restaurant where you can eat in the afternoon for € 6.50 p.p. (three courses) including wine and water.
