The wellness house offers you 136 m2 of luxury with a private jacuzzi, sauna and new swimming pool (2025). All this in a private garden with complete privacy. The house can accommodate 8 people. Please note: The house is not suitable for families with children without a swimming certificate!
The wellness house is located in the heart of Drenthe in the beautiful village of Schoonloo on the edge of the forest. This environment is characterized by peace, quiet and space. The wellness house is located on the small-scale park with holiday homes "Boerhaarsveld" which has a total of 66 holiday homes. This park is situated in the middle of 3 forestries and is equipped with a central reception, an animal meadow and a large playing field with playground equipment. Groups of young people up to 25 years old are not allowed, the house is intended for rest and relaxation and is situated in a quiet park.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
The house has a spacious living room with open kitchen. The living room has a lovely sitting area and built-in fireplace. The living space is adjacent to the swimming pool, through large conservatory doors you can enjoy the summer atmosphere that the pool brings in the summer. Next to the "warm" living space is an open kitchen with a dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped. Because it is an open kitchen, you have all the space and possibilities to cook quietly in the kitchen.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM
There are a total of four bedrooms in the house. Three of these bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Each bedroom has wardrobes and possible storage space. A cot is also available. Two bedrooms have access to the balcony and 2 bedrooms have air conditioning. Delicious during the hot summer.
On the 1st floor is the bathroom with bath, shower, sink, large mirror and toilet. A 1st toilet is on the ground floor in the hall. All mattresses and duvets are 1 person.
WELLNESS
The wellness house has a lot of luxury. The terrace offers a private swimming pool with lovely sun loungers. Next to the pool you will find the sauna room. After enjoying a dip and the sauna, you can finish in the warm jacuzzi. Enjoy the warm bubbling water under the covered terrace. Under this shaded canopy you will also find a 10-person dining table where you can dine and a spacious lounge with fire pit to relax on. The spacious barbeque is ready for use. There is no view into the garden of neighbors or casual passers-by, so you have complete privacy. The pool and jacuzzi are equipped with a salt water system with magnesium salt! Magnesium salt has many benefits for your health (such as relaxing muscles and brains etc).
TERRACES
The spacious outdoor terrace around the pool is the first terrace that the wellness house offers. There is also plenty of sitting and relaxing space under the large covered terrace. On the side of the house you will find a lovely seating area where you can sit for a while. If you want to take a break or withdraw from your fellow residents, there is an ideal place for a meditation or yoga session next to the pond.
