The center and beach of Lloret de Mar is only 5.7 km and the nearest beach is 3.2 km.

This villa is ideal for a wonderful family holiday. With a lovely private swimming pool with beautiful sea views of the bay of Cala Canyelles, a luxurious BBQ, a pizza oven and a beautiful outdoor bar.

The villa is just below street level, so you reach the front door via a stone staircase. Upon entering you enter the first floor with independent toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and cozy  living room with access to the lovely balcony/terrace with the phenomenal view. On the left side of the house is an extra terrace with a large dining table and parasol, also with the beautiful view. Here is also the outdoor kitchen with luxury pizza oven and BBQ.

The house has a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped; a Nespresso coffee maker with milk frother, dishwasher (2x), fridge-freezer, wine fridge, oven and microwave. The kitchen is adjacent to the cozy living room in which a nice sitting area has been realized with TV that has all channels in addition to Netflix. You can also walk into the beautiful sea view from the sitting area. Behind the sitting area is the Master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. This bathroom has a lovely bath and separate rain shower.

At the entrance there is a staircase down where the other bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The typical Spanish Villa Blue Bay has no less than 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All completely renovated and spacious! In the spacious hallway is a desk where it is quiet and cool for when you still have some work to do.

Downstairs there are three bedrooms with a double bed and the 4th bedroom has three single beds. Several bedrooms have direct access to the beautiful private pool. In addition to the nice swimming pool, there are plenty of chairs and opportunities to relax. And very unique; There is a covered outdoor bar and an outdoor building with toilet and shower! Air conditioning is available in several bedrooms, also in the living room. But due to the high altitude, there is almost always a lovely breeze.

This villa is located in a quiet street (local traffic only) with plenty of free parking. The house is located in the Serra Brava area. About 500 meters away there is a small supermarket where you can get fresh bread in the morning with a nice morning walk. Open only in high season (from June to mid-September).

Personal welcome
