Casa Villa Pinzon, cozy family villa with large swimming pool

Charming family villa close to Tossa (7 km) and Lloret de Mar (4 km).
Quiet area with sea and mountain views. Walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach Cala Canyelles. Lovely restaurant Sybius and nice beach bar. Lots of small coves in the area. Three bedrooms for adults, Fourth bedroom has a double bunk bed and chest of drawers. (children's room).
Pets are welcome. The villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a square/turning point at the end. At the end of the street you walk onto a forest path (ends in a dead end). From the villa you can walk to the beach of Cala Canyelles. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house. You can also use the indoor garage. 

Pinzon, which is located in Canyelles Lloret de Mar, overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The 160 m² house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and is therefore suitable for 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, a washing machine, children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. and included in the price. Books for groups of 24 years and older on average. If you are not, please let us know!

We are An and Marja Ho-dac and we live in Vinkeveen. We have 3 children and a dog.
Now that our studying children have left the house, we have bought a holiday home in quiet Canyelles as a family home. The house is within walking distance of the sea and there are nice restaurants on the beach.
For those who want to seek out the hustle and bustle, Tossa and Lloret are nearby. We take walks with the dog and afterwards we grab a terrace. For each his own!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival
 You will be welcomed personally. Our local Dutch host Lynn will hand you the keys and show you around the villa. A week before your arrival, our host will contact you via app to discuss details such as arrival time. Lynn lives in Lloret de Mar and is available by telephone 24/7 and speaks German, English, Spanish, Dutch and French.

Tourist tax:
Lloret de Mar charges tourist tax for the first 7 days of your stay. Per day for adults >17 years, 1.10 euros. After that, no more tax is collected

Cancellation policy:
 Full refund if canceled up to 14 days before arrival. If you book less than 14 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. Afterwards, you will receive a 50% refund if you cancel up to seven days before arrival. If you wait any longer, the down payment amount will be forfeited.
