Charming family villa close to Tossa and Lloret de Mar (4 km). Quiet area with mountain views. Close to the beautiful sandy beach Cala Canyelles. Good restaurant Sibius and nice beach bar. Many small bays in the area. 3 bedrooms for adults and 1 bedroom (children's room) with double bunk bed and chest of drawers. barbeque. Pets in consultation.
We took over and refurbished the house at the end of 2021. New mattresses, bed linen, towels etc. Has been rented out a lot in recent years with good reviews from satisfied tenants.

The villa has 2 floors. Through the entrance you enter the living room with open kitchen. Around a terrace with BBQ and a view of the valley and the sea.
Downstairs: Total 4 bedrooms. Two rooms with a double bed. A room with 2 single beds, 1 room with children's bunk bed and changing table.
2 bathrooms.

Internet and TV via fiber optic. Chromecast present.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
On request, extra cleaning and/or linen can be changed during your stay.

You will be personally welcomed and shown around the house.
The villa has a garage and ample parking space in front of the door. Villa Pinzon is located in a quiet cul de sac that turns into an unpaved forest path. Children can play safely in the street in front of the house.

You can walk to the beach. To visit the area, Tossa or Lloret, a car or electric bicycle is very easy.

There is an open (closed) fireplace in the living room and there are 2 mobile electric heating units.
Electricity by 10 solar panels of 400W and a home battery of 5KWH. Unlike usual in Spain, we do not use fuel oil or gas. We are connected to the electricity grid.
We also have a fiber optic internet connection.

Pinzon can be booked for groups with an average age of 25 and older. Otherwise in consultation!
