This beautiful villa is very well maintained and modern, but above all very cozy. Enjoy the beautiful view!

The villa is located in a cul-de-sac, where there is almost no traffic, between the green hills and only 6 km away from the cozy and busy Lloret de Mar.

ALDI, LIDL, MERCADONA 3 km away. There is a bus connection to the center/beach of Lloret de Mar. You can also order groceries via the internet.

This winter we have made the villa beautiful from top to bottom, so that everyone has a nice holiday.
Theme parks such as Waterworld, Marineland, a golf course and a riding stable are 3 km away from the villa.

There are also beautiful excursions to the interior, such as Andorra and the always cozy and imposing Barcelona. Girona, La Bisbal and Figueres (Museum Dalí) are less than an hour's drive from the villa. It is cozy and convenient to go to the heart of Barcelona with a kind of large metro (Renfe). Return costs approx. €12,-. The entire ride goes along the famous coastal towns and you drive along the sea.
The villa features a large private swimming pool. This is maintained by the owner herself, so you don't have to worry about that.
The villa is also suitable to rent for a longer period from November to March. Price is n.o.t.

The Mediterranean climate is not too hot in summer (max. 30 °C) and the winters are mild, with an average of 15 °C during the day. The villa is equipped with central heating, so wintering is no problem.

Living room facilities:

The ground floor at pool level has a spacious hall in which the 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom are located, as well as the laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
