The villa is situated in a dead end street, where there is almost no vekeer, between the green hills and only at a 6km distance from the lively and busy Lloret de Mar.
At only 5 minutes walking distance there is a restaurant, supermarket, and bus connection to the center / beach of lloret de mar.
Atractive parks such as waterworld, marina, golf course and riding stables are 3 km away from the villa.
There are also beautiful excursions to the interior, such as Andorra, and the always cozy and imposing Barcelona. Gerona, La Bisbal, and Figueres (Muzeum Dahli) are less than an hour's drive from the villa. Cozy and convenient to go to the heart of Barcelona with a kind of big metro (Renfe). Costs return around € 12, - the entire ride is along the famous coastal towns and you drive along the sea.
The villa has a large private swimming pool. This is maintained by the owner herself and so you do not have to worry about.
