This beautiful villa is very well maintained and modern. But above all very cozy. Enjoy the beautiful view! 
The villa is located in a cul-de-sac, where there is almost no traffic,  between the green hills and only 6 km away from the cozy and busy Lloret de Mar.
 ALDI LIDL MERCADONA 3 km away bus connection to the center / beach of lloret de mar. You can also order groceries via the internet.

Attraction parks such as waterworld, marineland, golf course and riding school are 3 km away from the villa.
There are also beautiful excursions to the interior, such as Andorra, and the always cozy and imposing Barcelona. Girona, La Bisbal, and Figueres (Muzeum Dahli) are less than an hour's drive from the villa. It is cozy and convenient to go to the heart of Barcelona with a kind of large metro (Renfe). Return costs approx. € 12, -  the entire ride is along the famous coastal towns and you drive along the sea.

The villa features a large private swimming pool. This is maintained by the owner herself and you do not have to worry about it.

The villa is also suitable from Nov. Until March o for a longer period. Price is n.o.t.
The Mediterranean climate is not too hot in summer max. 30 deg. and the winters are mild during the day avg. 15 gr. and the villa is equipped with central heating so wintering is no problem,

The ground floor at pool level has a spacious hall in which the 2 bedrooms and 2nd bathroom are located and the laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
