The Villa Alicia consists of an upper floor that is fully furnished and a second floor on the ground floor.
Both floors have their own entrance and are connected by a large garage furnished with a billiards, dartboard and table tennis.
The villa is equipped to accommodate large groups. The kitchen on the ground floor therefore has a large table where you can sit with 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped for 10 people.
On the ground floor is the swimming pool with sunbeds and a bbq with large dining table with chairs for 10 people.
The bus from Lloret de mar stops in front of the house. So you can easily go to the beach by bus, for example, and so you have no problem looking for a parking space for the car. At about 2km from our house there is a large shopping center with nice shops and a large supermarket.
Not to mention there is of course also WIFI free in the house.
In winter, only the upper floor is rented (8 people)
