The Villa Alicia consists of an upper floor that is fully furnished and a second floor on the ground floor.
Both floors have their own entrance and are connected by a large garage equipped with a billiards, darts board and table tennis.
The villa is equipped to accommodate large groups. The kitchen-diner on the ground floor therefore has a large table where 10 people can sit and the kitchen is fully equipped for 10 people.
On the ground floor is the swimming pool with sun beds and a BBQ with large dining table with chairs for 10 people.
There is also a swing in the garden and opposite the house is a playground and a football field.
The bus from Lloret de Mar stops in front of the house. So you can easily go to the beach by bus, for example, and you will have no problem finding a parking space for the car. There is a large shopping center about 2 km from our house. with nice shops and a large supermarket.
Not to forget, there is also free WIFI in the house.
