Very centrally located on the Costa Brava. Close to several beautiful beaches such as Sant Feliu de Guixols, Sant Pol and Tossa de Mar and a few minutes from the village of Llagostera. 25 minutes to Girona and 1 hour from Barcelona.
The house is surrounded by nature. The area is ideal for cycling or walking. The house offers space for 4 people and also has an apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom where 2 extra people can stay.
The house has a sunny veranda at the front in a shaded terrace at the back of the house where you can sit and eat outside. In the garden there is also plenty of space to relax in the hammock or on the various seating areas. You can use a large Argentinian BBQ.
In the summer you can use the mobile swimming pool Furthermore, the house is equipped with many conveniences, a nice living room, smart TV, good WIFI. And a kitchen with microwave, oven and a large refrigerator
The grounds are fully walled so a safe environment for children and pets. There is plenty of parking space on site. We also offer good facilities for cyclists
