Reservation
After receiving your reservation request (by email or telephone), you will receive confirmation from us within a few days with the invoice for the total booking amount. The reservation will be final and confirmed upon receipt of your down payment of 50% of the rental amount. The accommodation costs are due for the entire reserved period, even if you arrive later or leave earlier

Rental period
The rental period is at least 1 week and starts on Saturday at 4:00 PM and ends on Saturday at 10:00 AM. In connection with the final cleaning, we kindly request that you adhere to the above times.

Payment
The down payment is 50% of the total rental amount and must be received within 5 days of receipt of the invoice. The remainder of the rental sum must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, unless otherwise stated in your reservation confirmation. For reservations made within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total invoice amount must be paid immediately after receipt of the invoice.

Deposit
The tenant pays a deposit of €250 in advance. This will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the rental upon receipt of the key, minus any damage. During the rental period, the main tenant is liable for the loss of contents and/or damage caused by you or your co-tenants.

Cleaning
At the end of your stay you must leave the holiday home tidy and broom clean. When leaving the house, you must leave the oven, barbecue, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery clean and empty the refrigerator. You must deposit the waste in the container in the street. The mandatory final cleaning is €90. Any additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Linen and cot
You can bring your own kitchen linen, bed linen and towels, but it is possible to rent them.

Pets
Bringing pets is only permitted after consultation.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Maximum number of people
The tenant may not sublet or allow more people to stay overnight than agreed.

Cancellation
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the holiday home on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 50% of the rental price to the landlord. If the tenant informs us 8 weeks before the start date or later that he will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price. Rental fees already paid will not be refunded if the agreement is canceled. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
