The upstairs apartment is suitable for 4, max 5 people, has its own entrance and privacy, 90 m2 including a large square terrace with awning, bbq and sea view in the distance. Cozy, sunny living room with integrated kitchen with dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, washing machine. Plasma TV, with a.o. Flemish and Dutch TV. Wifi... 2 double bedrooms, both with direct access to the large terrace. Extra folding bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower.

The pool and garden are illuminated until late at night, so that our guests can enjoy our little paradise for as long as possible day after day. We supply in the price all utility consumption, wifi, sheets, bath towels, and final cleaning. Safe parking in the enclosed garden.

Hello I'm Claudine,
With our family we rebuilt our Spanish paradise in 2006.
And since then we have been enjoying our Mediterranean life to the fullest and we have already completely absorbed ourselves in this culture of warm sun and salty Mediterranean Sea.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

CONDITIONS FOR RENTING A HOLIDAY HOME

- A deposit of 50% within 1 day is required to make the reservation.
Micazu will send you a payment request after accepting your request.

-The house is available from 16.00 on the day of arrival, and please vacate it before 10.00 on the departure date.
- The house may not be rented by more than the permitted number of people.

- 2€ tourist tax p.p from + 16 years p.night for max 7 nights, I have to pay in cash on the day of arrival.

- Sheets and bath towels are in stock and are not charged separately.- Final cleaning is included if the house is left 'sweeping clean' , i.e.: kitchen appliances, countertop and kitchen utensils clean, bathroom sanitary towels clean, sheets removed, barbecue empty and clean and garbage outside in container. Then swept the house clean.

-80 € if you want to use the full-service cleaning. This can be decided and settled on the day of arrival.
- The deposit will be refunded in the week after your holiday after the condition of the house and the equipment present has been determined.

Cancellation: The following payment terms apply, depending on the email date of cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with your broker.

We have 3 shared houses available. The swimming pool is illuminated with the garden until late at night for optimal enjoyment.
