Apartment 2 with swimming pool in the garden

  CONDITIONS  

 -A deposit of 50% within 1 day is required to secure the reservation.

Micazu will send you a payment request after accepting your request.

 -The house is available from 16.00 on the day of arrival, and please vacate it before 10.00 on the departure date.

-The tenant is fully responsible for the safety of his party when using the accommodation and the swimming pool in the garden.

- The house may not be rented by more than the permitted number of people.

- 2€ tourist tax p.p from + 16 years p.night for max 7 nights, I have to pay in cash on the day of arrival.

- Sheets and beach towels are not charged separately

.- Final cleaning is included if the house is left 'wipe-clean ', i.e.: kitchen appliances, countertop and kitchen utensils clean, bathroom sanitary clean, sheets removed, barbecue empty and clean and garbage outside in container. Then swept the house clean.

80 €  if you want to use the full service cleaning. This can be decided and settled on the day of arrival.

 - The deposit will be refunded in the week after your holiday after the condition of the house and the equipment present has been determined.

Cancellation: The following payment terms apply, depending on the email date of cancellation by the renter:

• cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
• Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with your broker.
