In 2002 I came to Empuriabrava for the first time and... immediately sold! I am Ineke Jansen, mother of three children.
Owner of this lovely apartment since 2015.
Centrally located, near shops and restaurants.
In collaboration with our agent Homeselect, a cold wine and beer will be waiting for you in the fridge upon arrival
This apartment offers a large terrace (with dining table and relaxchairs).
In Empuriabrava you can go skydiving, hiking, cycling The Pyrenees are just around the corner!!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Beautiful apartment on the ground floor, view from the large terrace on Lake San Maurici with boats, tour boats etc.
Two new bathrooms, 1 with washing machine).
The apartment is wheelchair friendly (with two small steps with plank easily prepared with wheelchair) further on the ground floor. Parking on the side of the building.
Large communal swimming pool with children's area, large meadow with sunbeds.
The apartment is 5 persons, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom on the pool side with double bed and 1 fixed air conditioning (children's room mobile air conditioning)
The triple room has a narrow double bed (140 cm) and a bunk bed and mobile air conditioning.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 (new floor, terrace with large dining table and seating, kitchen, two bathrooms). Kitchen has dishwasher.
