Tordera with its own boat mooring

Tordera is a detached villa, in Spanish style, on the canal with its own 15-meter jetty.
It has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom on the first floor. This bedroom has its own bedroom and a balcony. The 3rd bedroom can be reached via an outside staircase.

Ground floor:
2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an open kitchen, living-dining room, covered terrace and a tiled garden. There is a mooring of 15 meters long. There is a private parking lot.
The house is fenced but not near the canal.
You can reach the beach in 5 minutes by car and nearby, the Costa Brava, has very beautiful bays where you can go by car or with your own boat.

On Saturdays there is a market in Ampuriabrava and on Sundays it is in Rosas. You can parachute jump in the village or take a boat tour on the sea or sail through the canals of Ampuriabrava in a small boat. Which is really worth it. The old part of Gerona is fun to visit. All in all there is plenty to do.
