This beautiful property is located in the Montseny sector of Empuriabrava. Upon entering you will find the swimming pool (4x5) surrounded by the terrace.Against the house is a beautiful spacious terrace with a large table with 6 chairs for a drink and a meal. Then there are 4 sun loungers on the side of the terrace and a relax lounger. Upon entering this modern house, we find the living/dining room on the left, which is comfortably furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, small side tables, a large wooden dining table with 6 bucket seats and a television with some international channels (Spanish, Dutch, English German). The adjoining modern and open kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. To the right of the kitchen there is a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. At the back of the house is a second terrace with a table with 6 chairs and a second lounger, where you can relax in the shade at high summer temperatures. At the entrance of the house is the staircase that leads to the first floor goes where all the bedrooms are. The first bedroom at the back has two single beds (90x200), a spacious built-in wardrobe and a large window. Then we come to the second bedroom which is also equipped with two single beds (90x200), bedside tables with lamps and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The first bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. At the front is the en-suite bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), bedside tables with lamps and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a sink with furniture, a toilet and a shower. This bedroom has access to the terrace where there are stairs to go to the roof terrace. All windows in the house are floor-to-ceiling, allowing a lot of light to enter.
The entire house is air-conditioned, Wi-Fi is available and pets are not allowed. Bed linen is included in the price.

Hi, we are Bas and Christien. We have been coming to the lovely sunny place of Empuria Brava for about 15 years now. Why we love it? Because Empuria Brava with its surroundings has everything that will make you completely relax during your stay. Beautiful nature reserves, wonderfully long and extensive beach, many shops, cozy restaurants and of course the wonderful weather. Cycling, walking, visiting cities, having a nice dinner or having a BBQ in peace at the house Everything is possible.

Cancellation costs
1 Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to Home Select International with attachments
of the booking confirmation. Immediately after receipt of the written cancellation, Home Select
International a cancellation confirmation.
In case of cancellation, the following rules apply:
- If canceled up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rental price will be charged

Empuria Brava is characterized by the channels that lead to the open sea. For water sports such as jet skiing, sailing, motor boating, water skiing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, you are in the right place in Spain. No boat? No problem. Make use of the Eco boats that can be rented and take a nice boat trip through the canals surrounded by the beautiful houses that stand on the water. You look your eyes out!
It is also possible to rent a motorboat so that you can sail to the open sea. At sea there are numerous bays with buoys in the water where you can moor the boat. You can choose to relax on your boat, but at many bays there is a boat that comes to pick you up to take you to a delicious restaurant (max 5 minutes by boat). The view from such a restaurant is phenomenal. You look far out over the sea and see all the boats in the water. These restaurants are available from May to October. It is also possible to order your food and have it brought to your boat. Delicious right?

Not only Empuria Brava is a good place to stay, but also the places in the area. Roses Fiqueres, Bracelona, Girona, all places that are beautiful to visit. They are characterized by their history, the many sights, shops and restaurants. It is a joy to visit these places. Or pay a visit to the town of Cadaques. A place that can be realized by boat or by car. If you go by car, the view is beautiful! There are sufficient opportunities to park the car in the meantime. If you go by boat, the trip there (3/4 hours sailing) is an experience in itself. Not only in Empuria Brava but the entire Costa Brava is a party to be. The environment is fantastic and the Spanish population is very friendly and hospitable. In the center of Empuria is a Skidive center. Not only can you book a Skidive, go and drink a cup of coffee and watch the Skidivers come down in front of you. Spectacular to see and even more spectacular to do.

Take a boat trip through the canals of Empuria. No boat? No problem. These can be rented in many places in Empuria. The channels open out to the open sea.
