My name is jennifer and I have been living in Spain for 30 years.
I rent out a few houses with my daughter.
This house belongs to a friend's mother.
Children no longer live at home and now have children of their own. The house has become too big for her.
She has moved into an apartment in Blanes herself and we rent out this house so that she can enjoy her old age without any worries.
