Welcome to Villa La Segada, an attractive and comfortable holiday villa in the prestigious urbanization Mas Nou in Platja d'Aro. The villa is located at 225 meters above sea level, just 3 minutes from the golf club and 8 minutes from the sea, beaches and the cozy center of Platja d'Aro.
La Segada combines peace, privacy, comfort and breathtaking views. The villa is built in characteristic Catalan style with authentic, sustainable materials and has an optimal sun orientation and 180° panoramic sea view. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 7 people and is ideal for families and groups of friends.
Comfortable stay
The spacious and cozy living room has a fireplace, 55" flat screen TV and large sliding windows that give access to the terrace. From the terrace with dining table and sun loungers you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea.
Then you will find an attractive dining room with library and a covered lounge with BBQ. The perfect place for a leisurely breakfast, an aperitif or a pleasant evening with family and friends.
The authentic kitchen is fully equipped with all modern comforts, including an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, freezer, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer.
3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a private terrace with beautiful sea views.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to the garden and pool. One room has a double bed, the other has three single beds. Both rooms are air-conditioned.
There are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a lovely rain shower.
Enjoy the outdoors
Outside, a new private heated swimming pool with outdoor shower and a spacious lounge with sun loungers awaits. Here too you can fully enjoy the impressive view of the sea and nature.
For families, a high chair and travel cot are available. In addition, there are petanque and various board games for convivial moments together.
Ideal location
Although La Segada is wonderfully quiet, you can reach the beaches, restaurants, shops, sports facilities, culture and nightlife of Platja d'Aro in just 8 minutes. Families will also find plenty of activities, including an amusement park. Supermarkets and public charging points for electric cars are available in the area.
Girona Airport is about 35 km away and Barcelona Airport is about 120 km away.

Reservation & availability
There are rental formulas per week, with the possibility of extending with an extra week or a few days. Stays are possible for a maximum of 2 to a maximum of 7 people. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
The rental price depends on the period and the length of stay. Linen packages and towels are included. Final cleaning and deposit are not included.
