We are Bub and Petra and we are the owners of our beautiful home: Villa Sadeza.
We bought this house because we found our heart in Calonge.
Villa Sadeza gives you a feeling of coming home and you will find peace and freedom. Our villa is fully furnished; you really lack nothing. In the garden we have a very nice swimming pool, in which and next to which you can relax and enjoy the beautiful weather!
We like to rent out our villa, so we can also welcome you

Up to 8 weeks before the rental period, the cancellation costs amount to 25% of the rental sum. From 8 to 4 weeks before the rental period, the cancellation costs amount to 75% of the rental amount. If cancellation takes place within four weeks before the rental period, the cancellation costs are 100%. To insure yourself against this, you are advised to use cancellation insurance in addition to your regular travel insurance.
